Club Purpose

Our club's events and activities will revolve around our central dimensions of Advocacy, Community, and Education. Advocacy: As a human rights organisation and a social impact club, we plan on getting involved with many organisations such as The Red Cross, CARAD (Centre for Asylum Seekers, Refugees And Detainees), ASeTTS
(Association for Services to Torture and Trauma Survivors), and RRAN (Refugee Rights Action Network WA) in order to organise protests and
vigils. These events will give passionate Curtin Students a chance to stand up for the rights of refugees in detention and to pay respects for the
lives that have been lost by many in their journey to settle in Australia.
